Shipping Policy

All our sauces are processed within 3-4 business days.

Our orders generally ship via varied freight within 5 business days. 

Orders ship Monday through Wednesday. Any orders placed Thursday through Sunday or during the holidays will be shipped out the following Monday.

In order to deliver our FRESH CHIMMI-GREEN-SAUCE to you as economically as possible with dry iced and insulated packaging ...we ask our dear customers to buy a minimum of 4 jars & plus order are coming with dry iced and insulated packaging.  This way, from our hub in NYC, we can send your restaurant-grade fresh goodness at a flat rate by region. Because our chimi-green sauces are exquisitely fresh & perishable product, please refrigerate them as soon as you receive them.
